Last one, some language here.
Hitsugaya Toshiro was smart, but you already know this. Kurosaki Ichigo was not so smart, but you already this too. Still the two found themselves having to explain things to those who were, well, not on their level shall we say. Several members of the Soul Society and of the real world continued to misconstrue the exact nature of their relationship.
I suppose they'll have to clear things up...yet again.
They weren't friends.
A friend is someone you can't count on when you need something. Unless it was a life or death situation, if Ichigo or Hitsugaya asked something of the other they would most likely get a response of "Do it your goddamn self" or something of the like.
They weren't dating.
This would imply that they actually went on dates. Neither of the two would suffer through such romantic bullshit. Even if they did want to they were either too busy or too exhausted to do anything more that sit on the couch and watch TV.
They weren't 'friends with benefits'.
What the hell did that even mean? They weren't friends, we've already been over this. As for the benefits...well maybe that part had some truth to it...
They weren't fucking.
Well, yea they were fucking, but there was more to it than that. There was genuine emotion between them, don't be an idiot, jeez.
They weren't in love.
Words like love get thrown around too casually. If either were to say those "three little words" they'd be answered with a swift boot to the face. Who the hell do you think you're dealing with? This was Kurosaki and Hitsugaya we're talking about.
Besides, what they had was far more than words could describe.
Well there you have it the final installment of the 'L word' series I originally was going to write just this fic then i thought of doing logic and it just didn't feel right without throwing Ichigo's POV in there.
I had trouble with the title, I couldn't think of what you get when you mix logic and thinking with love and feeling. Definitely nothing that started with L so i decided on life, I figure it fits pretty good.
I hope the last paragraph isn't too contradictory of Ichigo's fic. I guess you love someone before you get together, then it becomes something new.
