Prologue

400 years ago…
"Ah Blasted Demons! Why cant they leave me alone!" Sera yelled after blowing a demon to dust.
She dusted herself off quickle, then continued to walk along the forest. She heard about the rumors of Remilia Scarlet. A Fate Manipulating Vampire of the night. But wondered if they were even true…Well Sera thought so
"Well I am a Avian Youkai, and there are Vampires and Youkai here in Gensokyo, so ill find her myself. Sera called out to herself rather enthusiastically.
She trudged through the forest with ease. That and she does know her way being in Gensokyo for almost 150 years. No big deal eh? She felt weird this time was night and the moon was red. Pretty, but frightening.
"Something isn't right"*Sera cautiously slowed her walking pace in a green grassy plain, within a dozen feet of the biggest mansion she has ever seen in her life.
Not to soon there was a howl and about 20 shadow creatures started lundging after her. Sera ran for her life. "Crap! Cant fight them! Damn!" She jumped the gate and ran into the almost space like mansion.
"Hello? Anyone here?"*Sera walked through admiring the beauty of the mansion. The décor… She saw a painting of a girl dressed in a pink dress with a mob cap, Blue hair and red eyes. But what caught her attention was the name. Remilia Scarlet, The Scarlet Devil. Written underneath and Sera felt her heart jump a beat.
"What are you doing here?" An elegant chilling voice called behind her.
Sera wipped around to see a girl shorter than her that looked like the picture standing right in front of her. "I was chased by demons and couldn't fight them off. Im sorry if ive intruded. Also do you know Remilia Scarlet?"*She asked curiously as she headed for the door.
"I am Remilia, pleased to meet you Sera"*Remilia chuckled lightly now with a cup of tea.
"H-how do you know my name?" Sera gasped
"Fate perhaps, I see that you have some good in you. Would you like to work for me? To protect me and my friends here?"She smiled
Before anything could happen Sera fell into a black pit with Remilias vince echoeing around. Fainting from both excitement and fear.
