Maka Albarn wanted to be a meister, just like her mother, even though she had weapon blood in her, she didn't want to be a weapon like her father. Maka's mother was a scythe meister so she wanted her weapon partner to be a scythe too.
She found him in the music room, he had spiky white hair, and crimson red eyes. He was playing the piano, his name was Soul Evans. Everything about the image seemed fine, that was until Maka saw them, they bothered her, they scared her even. It was his teeth. They were sharp and pointy, like shark teeth, they looked as if they could tear a person to shreds with just one bite. But she still became his partner because he was a scythe.
