A/N= hi guys so I usually write Saved By The Bell stuff but I love iCarly so please review and tell me what you think!!!!!!!!!!!

He didn't get it, they were together, had been for a while but every tie he asked her about those three word's she would just respond with a not yet or it's not the right time and place and this isn't perfect. He would always say that they weren't perfect so it didn't matter but he also knew that she was a perfectionist. It wasn't like Carly didn't love Freddie because she did and she love to hear him tell her that he loved her she just didn't say it back, and it's not like he was hurt by this not at first anyway but the day finally came that he was hurt because anything he did just wasn't "perfect" in whatever sense she was using it.

She also knew that he wanted this bad, to her those three little words come from her and be herd by him. Carly never told Freddie what her perfect moment was and up until that night he didn't know. But Freddie got angry with her and she knew that it was time to tell him, she hadn't intended for it to be this dramatic, you know with Freddie getting angry and all but it did.

For about the four hundredth time that week Freddie asked her and she gave him the same customary response but instead of pleading he responded with a fine and whatever and he slammed the door to the apartment the two shared between the two of them behind him. It was late and pouring rain outside in Seattle that night and she watched he left and then she ran, ran as fast as she could go trying to get to him, starting off as calling then yelling then finally screaming and crying his name.

He turned around ounce Carly reached him; both soaking wet and she whispered, "Freddie, please." "Carly, please, please don't cry, you know I can't handle it when you cry." He then wrapped his arms around her waist and she kissed him. As she pulled away, she whispered, "I love you Freddie." "I love you too, but why now?" as Carly wrapped her arm's tighter around his neck she again whispered "Cause… this is perfect."
