Last Night
Sora lay on his bed at 7:34pm.
'Lord, why!' He and Kairi were walking around the beach for a date.
Sora was absolutely positively in love with her!
He had made his decision to ask her to marry him.
He asked her parents (adopted no one knows them!), bought a ring and asked his mom if it was the right thing to do, and she simply said "Follow your heart, sugar-bunny" and almost cried.
He took them out to a date on the beach, just looking at the sunset together.
Then, when he gathered enough courage, he popped the question.
Her face was filled with joy, surprise, horror, and love.
"I don't know" was all could come out of her mouth. And the she ran away.
Sora started punching his pillow violently; so much that Riku, his roommate and best friend came into the room.
"Dude, what's wrong with you?" "Get OUT!!" yelled Sora like a pre-teen (I'm one, but I could never say that to my parents- my sister and brother that's another story) Riku backed off and left. Sora only acted like that when he was P.O.'d (pissed off).
Kairi's home
Kairi lay in her bed as well.
'Oh, my, gosh. I just turned down my dream guy! I'm such an idiot!'
She had seriously started crying like a hormonal pregnant woman.
She was just in such shock. I mean really, your 20, naïve, and did I say in shock?
She was gonna meet him at the spot where they usually did with Riku and their other friends.
The Usual Spot
Sora, Riku, Selphie, Tidus, and Wakka sat at the usual spot like they used to when they were little.
Sora was still down from last night and didn't say a word, while Selphie as usual talked hyperley to Tidus and Wakka.
Riku just chill axed on the sand by the palm trees.
Kairi had decided to say yes to Sora.
She didn't know how but she knew that she had to that day
. She ran up to her pals.
"Hey guys!" she said to Riku, Selphie, Tidus, and Wakka carefully trying not to blow herself and Sora's spots.
She looked at Sora with a slight frown.
"Hi, Sora" she busted out quickly.
Sora blinked twice. "Hi"
Kairi knew she had broken Sora's her into a million pieces, but was ready to patch it.
"Umm guys, can I steal Sora away from you all for a sec.?" 'Here I go'
"Sure" they all ad-libbed.
Kairi led Sora to the place where all the guys fought over-looking the ocean.
"Sora?" she coughed up
"What is it" he said barely above a whisper.
"I wanted to talk to you about last night"
Sora got ready for a sweet, but cold- hard rejection.
"I wanted to really say yes back there" Sora looked up in surprise. If his hair was strait they would've perked up.
Sora couldn't control himself!
He picked Kairi up and kissed her like he would die tomorrow.
She started laughing.
"We've got to tell every one!" he said VERY exited.
But, there was one itsy bitty thing he forgot.
"Sora isn't this picture missing something?" she stated starting to giggle.
The engagement ring.
"Oh" he muttered putting Kairi down and getting the ring out his pocket.
He had forgotten to take it out the other night.
He carefully slipped it on her finger.
It fit perfectly.
The two ran to the spot where there friends were and told them.
The were ecstatic.
Then they told their parents who-cried.
The Beach
"Wow" Kairi sighed in Sora's arms. "Who would've that so much could've happened because of last night.
