Severus Snape was glaring at the small contraption that he had found sitting on his kitchen table when he went downstairs for breakfast. He was about to call for his lover to wake up when the contraption began emitting a rather annoying noise.

"Skree! Skree! Skree! Sk- Hello…?" Harry mumbled sleepily, "No, its fine. No, you can deliver it tomorrow. Yes I have the money. No I'm not go to cheat you. Yes. I swear that I will be here when you bring it. Bye Hermione." Harry hung up the phone, then looked up and noticed his lover looking at him with a rather shocked expression on his face, "Sev? Are you alright?"

Severus composed his features before speaking, "What the hell was that… Thing?" he questioned.

"Um…" Harry raised an eyebrow, "My cell phone? Severus, are you sure you're all right?"

"I'm fine Potter." He said cruelly, "But you best keep that thing away from me."

"Sev… It's just a phone." Harry argued, flipping the small phone open and then closing it repeatedly, "See, it's not like it's going to kill you."

Severus continued to glare at it, "I don't care. Keep it away from me. It is very annoying."

Harry chuckled, "I know. I still can't figure out how to change the ring tone…"

"The what?" Severus asked, confused.

"The ring tone. The noise it makes when someone calls me." Harry explained, "Severus, you've never seen a cell phone before?"

Severus looked taken aback for a moment, "Why should I have ever seen something like that?"

"Oh geez… Sev, you're such an idiot. Not as bad as Ron though. At least you knew what a telephone was and how to use it properly." Harry began laughing lightly as he grasped his lovers shoulder.

"For your information Harry," Severus began, "They had telephones when I lived in the muggle world. They never had those… those things though!"

Harry smiled and wrapped his arms around Severus' neck, "Sevvy… Have I told you how much I love you?"

Severus glared for a moment then smiled, "Almost every minute of every day." He whispered. Then he leaned down and kissed Harry lightly on the lips. "Now dispose of that thing immediately. I don't want it in my house."
