A/N: Here's part 2... thanks to all who reviewed the first chapter...I didn't know if I could do this or not...still not sure. Well, I hope you enjoy. :) (this basically just talks about Jules and what is going through her head. More to come either tonight or tomorrow!

Disclaimer: still the same...still belong to *AHEM* the "people" at FFC....(grrr)

Juliet ran through the woods as fast and as hard as she could until she was out of breath. She doubled over as a stab of pain coursed through her side. She was extremely worn out. She realized then just how much she needed to work out, or how much she *thought* she needed to anyway. She felt faint from running so much so quickly.

"Running away from your problems doesn't solve them, Juliet!" Said Peter's voice from the depths of her mind.

"Shut up!" Jules yelled to the voice, as she stood straighter, partly because the pain had mostly subsided, and partly in an attempt to gain authority over the voices. However, she knew that yelling wouldn't do anything to make them go away...nothing stopped the voices until they were ready to be stopped...except for one thing. But she was going to fight them this time - she wouldn't let them win!

Juliet sat down on a smooth, large rock near where she had stopped running to rest. As she looked around and took in the surroundings, she realized that she had unconsciously run to her and Auggie's favorite spot.

As she tried to force herself to calm down, she strained to hear the birds, the wind blowing softly through the trees, and the bubbling creek nearby. But the voices inside her finally drowned them out. It wasn't just Peter's voice anymore. She heard everyone she was afraid of...even the people she would never admit scared her, but did none-the-less. They were all trying to convince her she was a horrible being, and trying even harder to get her to open her bag, take out the blades, and "Just Do It"...to give in to her destructive impulses.

"Come on, Princess," Shelby's voice said in a much too sugary-sweet voice, "You know you want it!" she added with a grin.

Shelby's voice quickly melted into her mother's:
"Juliet, honey, last time I saw you, you'd seemed to be getting rather...well, how can I put this? Your clothes weren't fitting as well as they used to. And about your hair...have you been using the conditioner I brought you? You know we are coming up to get you for a weekend visit this Friday! I want you to look like the perfect little angel I raised!"

Tears began to flow down Juliet's face. Yet she remained silent. She was a master at silent pain. But, it usually never got to the point of tears...she could usually just shove everything down somewhere inside her, and put on the superficial mask of perkiness. She usually found it unable to cry, even when she wanted to. But not this time. She couldn't hear the peaceful sounds of nature surrounding her. All that could be heard was the war being fought in her head. A war between good and evil. Which would win this time?

Sophie had no clue where to begin the search for Juliet. She was getting more worried by the minute. What if Jules cut deeply enough to require stitches, or hit a nerve, or even worse a vein? These things were always of concern, yet Juliet had never been alone when she cut. She was always on campus where she could quickly be found, and taken care of if any medical emergency were to arise. But only Sophie knew that she had gone. And only Sophie knew how upset she was. And only Sophie knew what she was going through. And if something happened out there... she couldn't let herself think about that. She had to find Juliet, and quick!
