Shannon liked taking photographs. She kept every single photograph. Gibbs often found it annoying. He would be looking for something and find a whole draw filled with photographs.
Still all the years later Gibbs could open old boxes and find lots of photos of Kelly's smile, of the sun on Shannon's red hair, of his family. At first he could not even look at them without grief swelling inside of him. Now, as time had worn on he found a smile cross his face as he saw them. He missed them.
He was glad Shannon had taken so many photographs.
