About: Ten years ago Elizabeth Masen was murdered but never crossed over,now she wants Melinda Gordon the one person who can see her to help her with her family.

Prologue
Melinda Gordon was asleep in bed next to her husband Jim Lucas when all of a sudden she heard a grown woman opened her and saw a woman with long bronze hair and green eyes at the foot of their bed looking ahead at something. Worried about the woman Melinda got up and went down to the bottom of the bed setting next to the ghost waited a minute.
"What's wrong?" Melinda asked,she was worried about the woman.
"You can see me?" The woman asked.
"Yes so please tell me why you're crying."
"My son. You need to help him."
"What's your name, who's your son?"
The woman looked around the room as if afraid someone might hear them if she said anything more.
"Is there anyone else here that can see or hear me?" Elizabeth asked looking scared.
"No just my son and he's asleep." Melinda said.
"Okay name is Elizabeth Masen, my youngest son Edward Jr. I use to call him EJ, please he needs your help."
"Why what's wrong?"
"The man he's after him and if you don't do anything he might hurt him, or worst his family you have to help him tell him to go to the police."
"Why what happened he has to go to the police?"
"The men got out please um...I'm sorry I never got your name."
"Melinda Gordon."
"Okay. So will you please do it for me?" Elizabeth asked with a hopeful look in her eyes.
"How and where is he?"
"You have to tell him that the men got out and he's in Chicago, also while we're there can you talk to my husband and children for me?"
"Who's your husband and children?"
"My husband's name is Edward Sr., my oldest son is Mark and then it's Liz her name is Elizabeth but she always liked the name Liz."
"Okay well do you have a message for them that I need to tell them?" Melinda asked, she was starting to feel sorry for Elizabeth.
"Yes. Tell them to not blame him for anything." Elizabeth said and then she was gone.
"Um okay..."
