It hadn't been long until misty found out that dawn really hated her, ever since misty had joined ash and block again. She would look and see dawn starring at her with hate, it kinda took a toll, hay she was 14, life was hard, it got even harded when she started looking at ash twice, when she started to fall for him.
`Mist you think I can win' Ash grinned.
`I know you can' Misty grinned back.
`i know you can too' dawn butted in and when ash wasn't looking gave misty a devil-like stare. Misty wasn't taken back anymore, she was use to it but it still made her feel bad to be hated. She didn't even know what she did to dawn.
After that ash won the tournament, and got the ribbon of fire.
There were 4 ribbons ash had to get, the ribbon of fire, earth, wind, and water
`cant believe I won' ash grinned, mistys heart skipped a beat. She loved that grin.
`neither can I' misty smiled, ash gave her a confused look `oh no, i can belive you just won, it just came out wrong'.
`misty its okay' ash laughed, `I know what you meant'.
`she probably meant it' dawn said in her nasal voice.
It was two months till misty really got sick of it, dawn giving her the evils, dawn calling her names, dawn trying to make her look bad in front of ash. That misty decided to leave.
`don't leave' brock smiled.
`I have to' misty lied `my sisters need me'
`are you sure this isn't about dawn' brock asked, he hated dawn as much as misty, though ash had never seen dawn, brock wasn't as blind.
`yeah, just tell ash Ill see him again soon okay' misty smiled, she really hoped her would see him again. The two best friends hugged and misty went on her way. She was walking until she saw a dark figure.
`good to see you leaving' dawn smiled `he likes me better, you know. He talks about how pathetic you are. How you've changed and how clingy you are.'
`ash wouldn't say that' misty said `he wouldn't'.
`oh he did, he talked about how stupid you are. Then he kissed me' dawn grinned ` and told me how your little crush was cute but mostly annoying, and how I was so much better.'
Misty's eyes filled up with water.
`fine, you guys deserve each other' misty cried before she broke into a run.
She didn't stop running until her legs give up and she crumpled to the ground.
`I have to leave' she whispered.
