When Dougie's life begins

It's a normal day in the Happy Holly's Toy Store in Miami.

On a shelf among several other stuffed dolphins just like him, is a stuffed dolphin that soon will become the favorite stuffie of a certain young brown-haired girlie.

The stuffie-dolphin has no name. He's simply one of many. If he was alive he'd say that he's waiting for the day when someone will grab him, take him home and love him.

He has no idea that today is his lucky day.

Suddenly a beautiful woman put her hands on him and gently pick him up and put him in a white paper-bag.

The woman's name is Penny Dawson and she's now decided that the dolphin is the perfect birthday-present for her daughter who turns 7 a few days away.

Penny walk up to the counter, hold up the dolphin-stuffie and says to the friendly guy who works there "I wanna get this for my little girl."

"Sure, Mrs! That would be 18 dollars, please." says the toy-store guy with a smile.

An hour later, Penny is at home and now she wrap some pink sparkle gift-paper around the dolphin and says with a sweet smile "Soon little dolphin you'll meet my Ally."

Four days later.

Penny hands something wrapped in paper to her daughter Ally.

Ally quickly pull the paper off her present.

"Yay, a stuffie-toy!" says a very happy Ally.

"Happy birthday, Ally!" says Penny.

"I name you Dougie, the Dolphin." says Ally as she slowly do the cross hand-sign over the stuffed dolphin's head. This is Ally's way of giving her new stuffie a special baptism of love so he knows how much she care about him.

"Aww, that's a cute name." says Penny.

At that moment Dougie's life begins, cause now he's new owner has given him a name that's his and no one elses.

"Yay! Dougie, the Dolphin!" says Ally as she bounce up and down in joy, clutching the new stuffie in a nice tight hug.

"I'm glad that you like your new toy, little Ally." says Penny Dawson to her cute girlie daughter.

"Oh, I do love my new stuffie. He's super-soft and cute." says Ally with a big smile.

"Ally, do you think Bobby, the Bear will get mad now that you've got a new toy?" says Ally's dad Lester Dawson in a calm friendly tone.

"No. All of my stuffies are sweet friends, just like me and Trish." says Ally with a smile.

The End.
