He lays in his cell his hands on his head trying to forget..

Karkat sits up and looks at his wall...he still cant get over what happened to weeks earlier...His long time best friend Gamzee Makara had killed someone...He had killed Nepeta Leijon...not that it really ever would of mattered to him...until he was struck by it like a bullet...

-Two Weeks Earlier-

Karkat is running down the corridor of the Voxhall Technical corp after hours...his father is the owner of this place...why is he here after hours? Because its dawned on Karkat his friends gone insane...He runs down the left hall and sees it...

he sees a smoking gun like a coward he ran...

A girl in a green coat and a cat hat is sprawled out on the ground...he sees gamzees shadow in a corner pummels gamzee and knocks him out and dials 911.

In His Arms...The love of his life...

He sets nepeta down in another room and she slowly opens her eyes..."K-Karkat." "Yeah?" "Whats going on its so cold.." "Umm dont worry the ambulance will be here soon just please hold out."

"K-karkat."yes

"Yeah?" he says as he begins to cry.

"I love you."

Karkat was suprised by what nepeta had just said...he knew she was dying and kissed her...he would never forget her...her smile her laugh her beautiful green eyes...he always did belong with her..but he was too blind to see it.

and she cried kiss it all better im not ready to go...I knwo you tried darling you didnt know...you didnt know...

nepeta looked at him one last time and smiled...then her eyes went lifeless and she had slipped away..."N-Nepeta?" she had bled out there was nothing karkat could do but cry.

he would remember the day he lost it all the only thing that could make him cry...the love of his life killed on a summer night he wont forget...oh he wont forget...
