Pokemon Adventures! Ch.1 Graduation Day
"Alright class, graduation is next week so say good bye to all your friends" my teachers voice rang in my ears, I realized I was leaving for my journey in a week, I was excited but I was also going to miss Ruby, my best friend for 5 years. After class I walked to Ruby's locker and told her I'm leaving our hometown of Santalune city to become a Pokémon master, and that I'd miss her. She laughed and said "You can't get rid of me that easily Cassius, I'm coming with you." I was so excited that the next week went by in the blink of an eye. Every student in the trainer's school was in one room and we were getting our names called one by one to get our license and our Pokémon. When my name was called I walked up and received my license, I worked so hard for this. I was then guided to a back room where I would receive a Pokémon, my choices were Charmander, Squirtle, and Bulbasaur. I didn't know who to pick so I paced back and forth until I bumped into a trashcan and saw a pokeball. I picked it up and released the Pokémon confined in it. It was a Shuppet, a ghost type Pokémon. I begged for it and the man giving away the Pokémon said that no one wanted it and the last trainer threw it away so it'd be best if I took it. I went home and slept horribly that night because I was so excited. The next morning I got my bag together with my pokeball and Shuppet. I left the city at the crack of dawn and was halfway to Lumiose city when I heard a familiar voice shout "Hey! You forgot me!" I chuckled because I knew who it was, it was Ruby. I apologized and we started walking down the route to Lumiose. At noon we sat down for lunch and we heard a voice call "stop! No! Come back!" I laughed and jumped up. I locked eyes with Ruby and nodded. Then we ran towards the voice to try and help.
