Espeon, Flareon, Glaceon, Jolteon, Leafeon, Silveon, Umbreon, and Vaporeon.
Eevee is a very magical pokemon. Eight evolutions so far, each of them has their own charm. However, there are one evolution that seems outstanding. Every pokedex entry describes Vaporeon for its ability to melt and molecules that similar to water. Among Eeveelution, this creature has the most extreme change physically. Have you ever wonder why people never see Eevee lurking at the sea or shore, Vaporeon's perfect habitat? It's because Eevee never meant to be there. Vaporeon's creation itself is a cruel mistake that should never happen.
Long before Kanto, before people even understood the concept of pokeball, Pokemon was just a weird animal. Very little in number and hard to tame, they usually looked as monsters with huge power beyond human imagination. Human are not many that time and due to selfishness, they lived separetely. It's just how human used to do. Shores, rivers, and forest's edges were popular places to live. Mountains were too dangerous and off limits because that location was the place where big pokemons live.
At shores that will be known as Celadon ages after, lived alone a boy named Widi. Widi's place was a very good spot to live. It placed near the sea and forest, where all the resources came from.
Lately that time though, Widi did not live alone anymore. There was Emi that accompanied him. It was a few weeks ago when Widi was searching for food in the forest, he found this animal. A cat-like animal with brown and white fur. It was however, did not moving at all. As Widi came closer, he can clearly saw a huge scar in the animal's face. The animal made a weak cry as it saw Widi.
Emi recovered quickly and became attached to Widi really quick. It was an expert of berry collecting in the forest. Since then, Widi always send Emi to the forest while he went to the shore to spear some fishes. He thought that this kind of system was efficient because Emi was a better berry collector than him and they need more food, there were two of them now. It was also shadowed by the fact that for a reason that Widi didn't know, Emi was afraid of water.
Things gone wonderful for them and Emi's love for Widi rose day by day. Emy even thought to itself that it will gladly give its life, as long its master can live happily. It could not stand of thought to live without it's master.
However that day, changed pretty much everything. After a tiring but satisfying berry hunt, Emi came back to an empty hut.
"Weird." She thought to herself as her master supposedly came home much early. You cannot spear fishes in the dark after all.
After hours of waiting, Emi decided to check the shore for its master. There, she found her master's spear that covered with purple liquid and pieces of his clothes that tartered all over the shore.
After that, everyday, Emi dive to the ocean floor. She swallowed its fear of water, wanting to see her master once more. She gagged tons of water everyday and trained herself to stay underwater for hours. Needs of oxygen and pain of water that sneaked into her lungs defeated by her pure love.
One very evening, Emi found something. Her master's watch with bones under water. At that moment, her brain gave up. She was broken. She cried and scream. Her body broke because of water that mosly occupied her internal organs. Instead of dying though, she evolved. Her molecules turned into that instance that occupied her body the most. Her skin became blue, as blue as she was. Emi melts away in the sea of sadness. Thus, the first Vaporeon was born.
