Blazekit woke up smiling. She got out of her nest. She was an only kit so she could stretch out as much as she wanted. She looked around the nursery. Her amber eyes glowing with mischief. She spotted her friend behind a Silver tabby snoring away.

She snuck over and jumped on him, making him squeal out. He shot up and his brilliant blue eyes looked around. They were the only two kits in the nursery. He was a moon older than her but had to be held back cause he had twisted his paw badly. But it was fine now. She giggled "Today I'm 6 moons old so were becoming apprentices!"

Jaykit jumped up with joy. He tripped as sun got in his eyes and fell face first into the ground. He blushed and said "Ops.." As he had landed on her tail. Blazekit recalled her tail and swatted him softly.

Blazekit jumped up into the air. She swiped at the roof of the den. She said "I will be the fiercest warrior ever! Every cat will r- OFFFT!" Her back hit the ground and knocked the air right out of her. She panted as Jaykit snickered "Yeah.. Cause every fierce warrior falls on their back mid fight! You would be beaten in seconds!" She cuffed her ear and heard a yowl outside.

"Your turn to clean the elders den!"

"NOOO ITS YOUR TURN!"

"Yours!"

Two voices came from outside the nursery. Blazekit darted outside and stared as Jaykits brothers. Her eyes went soft as she looked at Skypaw. His soft grey fur and white paws matched his darker brothers coats. Jay had light grey and white all over him, but that's beside the point. Blazekits long golden pelt ruffled in the breeze. She bounded over their saying Cooley "I think Cloudpaw should do it! Skypaw did it last time!" She winked at the older tom.

Jaykit padded over. He was the level headed one with a side over adventure. Cloudpaw was loud and careless. But had a big heart. And Skypaw. Ohhh Skypaw! He was generous ,careing, adventurous, strong and smart. Blazekit stared at him for a long moment and the brothers all stared at her with a confused look on their faces.

She soon snapped out of it and giggled "Was lost in thought!" She turned away from them and started blushing. Jaykit piped up "Dreaming of Skypaw?" He teased and Blazekit shot back "No! About being leader one day!" She lied. She didn't want to be leader. She loved the warrior code and all but their was many cats in her beloved clan. Known as : Skyclan.
