"I am curious ...why not black?"
This is the first question lois lane asked of me when i became superman in this world.
She, with the laughing mouth and brave eyes. She pat the costume right next to my heart.
"Because blue is the symbol of hope. Black is of despair."
She laugh at how earnest i explain things.
When death touch her, the costume became black starting from the point where her finger touch the skin above my heart and it spread. How it spread.
A hundred years later…
"I am curious...why black?"
This is the first question a defiant young woman asked of me as i rain down the fury of an angry god at this small pocket of rebellion against my rule.
"Because black is of revenge and blue is that of hope from a foolish child."
And i easily snap her neck before the pinpoints of hope blossom from her finger which points on the skin above my heart.

So uhm, for some reason i now like writing depress superman stories and funny,light batman stories. Real weird coz upon reflection shouldnt it be the other way around?
Dedicated to retro mania who pm me something fierce about a lois lane request. The end result is this. The blackout, the low level batt of my cp, my insomnia is the inspiration.
Ps. After several pm and minutes i was clarified that what he meant was "i am curious(black)" which is a superman comics about how lois lane got transform into a black woman. Wew. Hahaha. Oh gosh.
