Cold, rainy days
There was this couple walking in the pouring rain under a red umbrella. One had messy blonde hair and a big round belly. His companion had raven hair and was a lot taller than he was. The blonde kept on smiling while the other was watching the blonde out of the corner of his eye. He was doing this because the blonde was already 7 months pregnant. He didn't want his lover or their little one to get hurt in any way.
"You know, you don't have to watch over me like an angel, Kuro-puu. I'm fine. Our baby is fine." The blonde looked up to his companion and smiled bigger. The raven-haired just grunted, his eyes still didn't leave the blonde.
"You never know. It's dangerous here at a time like this."
"Men won't take me. You can tell I'm bearing a child. And you're here with me!"
"Still, I don't know how this happens. Whenever I take my eyes off of you for one second…" Kurogane sighs and massages his temple with his free hand.
"Here, why don't we go back to our place? You look tired, Kuro-rin!" Fai grabbed his lover's arm and led him to their apartment.
"Be careful Fai! Can you even see through this storm?!"
"Nope!" The blonde pulled his lover excitedly, smiling and thinking of their cozy and warm home.
"What do you mean 'Nope'?! If you can't see, then stop!" Kurogane's eyes widened when he felt the ground underneath him weaken.
"But aren't we-"
"Fai!" Kurogane let go of the umbrella he was holding and grabbed Fai's arm, pulling himself in front of the blonde. The raven-haired landed in a deep mud puddle.
"Kuro-puu!" The blonde wen to is lover's side, worrying if his lover was conscious. To his relief, Kurogane grumbled and sat up.
"Are you alright?"
"I told you to be careful! You might have fallen into this deep hole! I can't afford you two getting sick or even hurt!" Kurogane brushed passed Fai to retrieve their red umbrella. Fai hugged his big belly and laughed.
"And what are you laughing about?" Kurogane growled.
"It's just that I got really scared about you and you're soaking wet!" The blonde said through his laughter. Kurogane sighed and held their umbrella over the blonde.
"You are too."
"…The sound of the rain…it sooths me a little. Don't you agree Kuro-rin?" Fai said, changing the subject, as he closed his eyes and sighed with pleasure. Blue eyes shot open when he felt two arms wrap around his shoulders, his body heat and the other's body heat circulating around them, warming him a little.
"…I could feel our child's heartbeat." Kurogane whispered as he smiled. Fai smiled and snuggled closer to his lover.
"We made it."
"Yeah…" Kurogane breathed out. He looked into the blue eyes of his lover and kissed him passionately.
"Rainy days do sooth nerves." Kurogane said after he broke the kiss.
"(Yawn) I told you so…" The blonde said in a sleepy voice. Kurogane cracked a smile, picked up the blonde bridal-style, and then kissed the blonde's forehead.
"Pleasant dreams." Kurogane whispered as they headed off into the dark pouring rain.

Sorry that this is so short, but is it good? I tried to make it long, but I guess it turned out this way... But is it still a good plot?
