"A Vow More Sacred"

A/N: I've had the shittiest school year ever. Two friends died within several weeks of each other. Now, almost a year later, I am finally able to write again. I'm not sure if my writing has changed, or if the change in me is visible, but I feel changed. I hope you all enjoy this drabble.
A stinging blow.
"Have you forgotten you forgotten your vows!?"
"No."
Another blow.
"Have you lost all sense of honour!?"
"No, Father."
This time it was the cane that struck him.
"Have you forgotten who it is you serve!?"
"Never."
A hand around his neck made him gasp for air, choking him.
Draco had not forgotten...
He had vowed to love him forever.
He had honoured his wishes and kept it a secret.
He hadn't forgotten who his lover was.
Harry.
Draco would withstand any an all things if it kept Harry safe.
His father wouldn't hurt them ever again.
