Helga awoke. "Great" she muttered to herself. "Another day that I'm alive." Helga sighed. She knew she should be
grateful for all that she had. She really did. But she didn't think live was worth living if you were her. She had lost
all of her friends since she shoved them aside. Yes even Phoebe. Now all she has is Brainy. She got up to go into
the bathroom and went to get ready. She looked in the mirror. She could picture it shattering at her reflection.
She had grown chubby over the years. She just got lazy and didn't get enough exercise. Her hair became all
uneven since she bit it all the time. And she still had that damn annoying unibrow. She brushed her teeth. And
Thought really hard. She had an additude yes. But only because people made her have it. They teased her
and mocked her. Helga hated it. I'm going to change. Helga thought. I really am. I'll skip school today and
start. And thats what she did. First though she had to convince Marium to let her stay home. Which wasn't
a big deal since she promised to be out shopping and stuff all day. Then when that was all set she headed out into
the big city of Brooklyn. Helga spent the first hour just walking. It is hard she admitted to herself. But every
step she took she reminded herself she was losing a calorie. Then when she was satisfied with the walk it was 12:00.
Even though Helga was really hungry she skipped lunch and headed over to the mall. At the mall she picked out
all the new clothes with some advice from store managers of course. When she got the new clothes she walked
over to the nearest gym. Right when you walk in to your left there is a counter. Helga ,very tiredly, trudged over
to the gym counter. "How old do you have to be to sign up?" Helga asked the lady at the counter. "14 hunnie." "OK,
How much money is it?" "$150.99." Helga was bewildered. That much for 2 months? Damn expensive. But then she
looked out the window and saw a happy couple stroll by and all doubt fanished from her mind. "OK here is my money"
Said Helga as she placed the money at the desk." "Thanks little girl you can start in about an hour at 1:30. But
for now you can just hang around and see what features we have."
With that Helga walked away though another set of doors as someone watched nearby hiding behind the curtains.
Authors notes: Okay Okay. I know it aint that good. Actually i think it stunk. But it's 10:00 at night there
is nothing better for me 2 do sorry. Well i know the last line was "Real Original" lol (laugh out loud)
