Author's Notes: This poem was written by my friend, Roxy Bracher, and she asked me to put it up here as we both believe it can be connected to Doctor Who.
Takes place after Doomsday from Rose's POV. It refers to the parallel universe she's in. And yes, this poem is in a book, but Roxy did write it!

- Lost Within -
Can you help me find myself?
I'm lost within a web of confusion,
Where fear is the dominant power,
Nothing is what my mind expects,
And I'm getting more lost by the hour.
Enquiries lead to clueless answers,
It's expected because the answers aren't there.
So a voice inside my mind portrays,
A puzzle created with care.
This puzzling maze has got me trapped,
The labyrinth holding me tight,
The breaking free is impossible,
The torment lasts all night.
So no questions,
No answers,
No knowledge.
I'm trapped forever…
Inside myself.
