Preface

I never gave much thought how my life differed from before. One thing I'm glad of is my new family. They always came when I was in need of them. But now I know I would have tired to picture to my ending of this was less than death for every loved one of mine.
War. A nasty thing to put on ones shoulders. I know that my journey to this day, made everything more bearable to coup with my life. My mate and his family became family to me. And my new "grandmother" turned sister. These are my reasons why staring death in the face and hoping to come out alive. Only one can hope. Here is my story.

I had no idea that my journey would lead me here. In my line of work, I have traveled around the world. But now all my hard work is coming to a point that I have no more desire to continue. In all my almost 800 years did I think that I would become what I am now.
When I started out, I had no idea that I would become the Protector of humans. The job, as I like to call it, started out just being a type of guard for the ancient vampires, but I broke off all ties with them, after 300 years of being there. Here is the reasons why that I had to quit for some time even if it was for family that I had no ideal that I had. Follow us as we try to be a family that everyone keep apart.
