AN: I'm bored and have an obsession with Homestuck, therefore, this is entirely necessary. Well, perhaps not, but I'm doing this anyway.
As to what "this" is, allow me to clarify. This is an OC Homestuck fanfiction that will be written using characters that other people (i.e. you) have submitted. Hopefully.
I'd like to have a few characters before I begin writing, but if there are no submissions, I will use one of my own characters to begin the story one week from now (the second of August).
Preferably, the character submissions would look like it does in Homestuck (i.e. a description of the character in paragraph form including primary interests, screen name, and personality followed by a command by the author to do something ridiculous as well as the character's response. This is just so I can better get a handle of the character's personality.) and or a character sheet (filled out) that looks like this (or something similar).

I know this is a ridiculously long author's note, but I do have some other details to include, so please bear with me.
I don't want any trolls or humans. This will be a new race that will be contacted by the trolls, who still happen to be stuck on their meteor, along with the humans, who are also now stuck with the trolls on that meteor. Both of their worlds were destroyed. Therefore, please keep in mind that any relationships with the trolls or humans will have been formed, and kept (at least for the moment) over the internet.
I'm not really sure what I want this new race to be like, so I'd be happy to take suggestions, but when filling out descriptions please treat them as if they were human.
One last thing, this is the first time that I'm writing using someone else's characters (if anyone is interested after the Author's Note of Boring and Death) so I apologize beforehand for any mistakes.

Look largely like humans with the following exceptions:
They live with each other instead of parents. Two Livaens per dwelling.
They have claws and sharp teeth.
Can't stand the cold
Thick skinned
Class system: None. They don't talk to each other in person very much, and it happens to be a dying race as a result from their reclusive nature.
Planet surface: Covered in volcanoes, very hot.
What greenery there is happens to be very hardy, and is in large, dense patches.
