She sparkles. She radiates confidence and energy.

She's like fire. Rapidly spreading, warming everything and everyone in her path.

Yet she wears the blue and bronze, the colours of water, calming everyone around her.

She seems to glow as she lies on her back, propped up on her elbows on the rolling lawns of the school grounds.

Her friends surrounding her, laughing at something that one of them said.

She tilts her head back to laugh, letting her wavy auburn hair hit the ground behind her.

She pulls her head up again, chatting animatedly with a brunette in her group.

I cannot do anything other than smile.

Whenever the sun comes out, she always sits in the dead center of the grassy lawn by the lake, with her numerous friends.

I was having the same dream again. The same dream where, I choose to sit in the shade of a tree nearby and I just sit and watch her from afar.

However, this time, something was different.

I may have been sitting under the same tree I always did, and she may have been laughing with her friends as she always did, but somehow, the atmosphere was different.

Today, it seemed to crackle with electricity.

And then I was standing.

And for some unknown reason, I was walking towards her.

And then I was there, standing over her radiating beauty.

I heard my voice.

"Rose," it said with underlying adoration, "Stand up."

She was staring at me blankly.

She stared like this until she finally gathered the comprehension to speak back.

The situation may have been different this time, but her voice the same as I always heard it.

"But why, Scorpius?"

I shook my head and smiled.

"Rose, just stand up, please."

She still looked confused. She looked like I just grown another head.

I had no idea where this going or why it was suddenly going this way.

And then she still did it, exactly as I asked her to.

She stood up.

She was on her feet in front of me, staring intently into my eyes.

This dream really was different to all my others.

The air between us seemed to shimmer now.

Although it was somehow predicting what was to come.

And for the same unknown reason as before, my left hand was on her cheek, and my right hand was on her waist.

And for the same reason unknown reason, I leaned down and kissed her.

She reciprocated quickly.

And her arms were soon linked around my neck.

My left hand fell to her hips, joining my right hand, and pulled her towards me.

She was chewing gently on my bottom lip, but everything was fading.

Everything around me was dissolving.

My eyes flew open and I gasped.

It was different. This time, I kissed her. And she kissed me back.

I had no idea what was going on in my head.

But there was one question going round and round, as I lay thinking about what had just happened in the dream.

And that question was, what did this mean?
