"Come on, Len!" Rin tugged on Len's cuff to try and get him up.
"Go away, I'm tired." Len shrugged Rin off viciously, his fatigue taking over his bright personality.
"But you're not dressed, you haven't had breakfast and we're scheduled for a 10am session in the Dreamy Theatre!"
"What time is it now?"
"9.30"
Len jumped out of bed, grabbing his usual attire and running into the bathroom.
"Thanks for trying to wake me up, little sis." Len called sarcastically.
"Hmph." Rin sulked. "Miku! Miku, Miku, MIKU!" Rin called, running downstairs to look for her.
"What's up Rin?" Miku asked, wiping her hands on a kitchen towel.
"Len's blaming me that we're late and it's his fault." Rin gabbled, waving her hands around.
"That's just like him, Kagamine. Don't worry about it too much."
"But...!"
"Let. It. Go." Miku said before trailing upstairs to her room.
"Hmph." Rin thought for a moment. "Luka! Luka, Luka, LUKA!" Rin screamed, rushing to find the pink haired female.
"Hey little Rin. What's the...?" Luka nearly toppled over from Rin barging into her. "Matter...?"
"Len's blaming me that we're late and it's his fault and Miku didn't care, so here I am." Rin cried into Luka's shirt.
"Ah." Luka looked at a random spot in the room, thinking. "Well, let's sort that out shall we?"
"Yeah." Rin nodded, wiping her eyes.
Luka marched into the hallway and stood at the bottom of the stairs.
"LEN KAGAMINE, YOU BETTER GET DOWN HERE, RIGHT NOW!" Luka bellowed, causing Rin to cover her ears, Miku to almost knock coffee onto her laptop and Len to 'miss his target'.
After a couple of minutes, Len dragged his feet downstairs, being agonisingly snail-like.
"Come here, you." Luka glared at the blonde male as he made his way towards her. "I want you to apologise to your sister."
"For what?" Len straightened up in surprise, raising his eyebrows.
"For blaming her for your mistakes." Luka folded her arms. "That's not how things work in this establishment."
"Who uses the word 'establishment' these days?" Len asked himself under his breath.
"Apologise, or I'll ask Gakupo if I can use some of his weaponry." Luka pursed her lips with authority.
"Sorry for blaming you Rin." Len mumbled, shifting his weight lazily.
"It's okay. I guess." Rin sniffed. "Man, I'm stuffed."
"I'm not, I haven't eaten." Len complained.
"We're running late, you'll have to eat after our session." Rin smirked. "And it's a very long session today."
"Seriously?!" Len groaned.
"Run along then, you don't want to keep Ritsu waiting, do you?" Luka patted Rin and Len's hair, grinning.
"We have Ritsu Namine today?!" Rin gasped. "Yes! Let's go Len!" Rin pulled Len out of the house swiftly, excitement coursing through her veins.
"Rin! I haven't even posted a status on Facebook yet!" Len attempted to remove his Blackberry from his pocket, but gave up when he realised that he may smash it by dropping it.
"Do it when you get there." Rin hissed. "I see the building! We might make it if he hurry up!"
"We're 15 minutes early." Len muttered.
"Yes, but when we were early last time, we produced Paradichlorobenzene x Anti-chlorobenzene in less than a week, didn't we?" Rin said, looking at her watch.
"Yeah, I guess so."
"That, and Ritsu is a great producer."
"He's younger than us, Rin."
"But he's still better. Duh."
"He also has a bigger chest than you."
"What was that?!"
"Nothing, dear, lovely sister of mine."
"Damn right, nothing."
So Len and Rin went into the studio, practised the routine they needed to know and ended up producing the song Rin Rin Signal.
