X-MEN EVOLUTION: KITTYX-KURTIS WAGNER by Mark Meredith

Nightcrawler Kurtis Wagner went from where Kurt landed on Nightcrawler's face in the sofa cushion to instantly galloping onto Kurt's long arms and fell into the sofa seat in a sitting up position. His two-toed feet landed upon the sofa seat and Kurt paused onto Kurt's bottom to say, "C'mon, Kitty! ...Just one kiss?! Come on! ... Just one kiss?! C'mon... "! Ms. Pryde ran through the door to the mess hall/kitchen area. Shadowcat Katherine Pryde paused to turn around and put her hands on the counter behind her to lean backward sexily. It was as if Shadowcat were flirting and wanting Nightcrawler to catch up with Pryde. Pryde then ran across the room dashing to a series of hallways that intersected in a corner that intersected in a corner of that mess room. Nightcrawler leapt like a huge toad, outstretched through the air, landing like a dog, sitting up. Kurt looked over at where Pryde fled. One of the hallways led to the elevator that went up from the holographic room, through the sum of the sub-floors. Pryde pressed the elevator "close door" button repeatedly to get the door to slide shut before Nightcrawler got there. Pryde turned Pryde's upper half ephemeral and put Pryde's face through the elevator door and drew in a breath to say something. She said then, "Hurry up and come upstairs Kurt; you're supposed to want to catch me"!

Before the elevator car went up Shadowcat pulled Pryde's head back into the car. Nightcrawler pressed the button to the elevator repeatedly. Just as Xavier told them all, the elevator wasn't going to come any faster. Kurt decided to be patient and not let Pryde make him look bad. Kurt decided that if Shadowcat was playing games, then Kurt was not going to make himself look bad. He waited, not letting her get to Kurt with Kurt's hands behind his back, as the elevator finally opened again. When Nightcrawler got upstairs Pryde was waiting impatiently in the hall, leaning Pryde's shoulder against the hall. Pryde finally said, "It's about time! You could've just teleported upstairs, y'know."

Nightcrawler replied, "I couldn't remember which directions this hallway went in relation to my room. I have to know where I'm going, to teleport."

Shadowcat answered, "Catch me! Stop talking so much, and hurry! Don't you want to catch me Kurt!? Hurry up!"! Pryde turned, pivoting, and ran through her nearby room doorway like a playful 11 year old girl. ...
