When Red started to get facial hair, Kitty didn't think much of it. It was when she realized he didn't take as long in the bathroom before he started the shower that she figured out he was intentionally growing it. She wasn't sure what possessed him, but the longer his facial hair started to get, the more she realized that she could jump on the Red Forman has a beard boat, which was why she decided she would comment on it when he would come down that morning. Her plan was to go about her morning like she didn't notice it until he kissed her, which he did after she handed him his coffee and then she would comment on it. So when he finally entered the kitchen, she grabbed a clean cup from the cupboard, poured his coffee and handed him his cup. He leaned down and quickly pecked her on the lips lovingly.

"Thank you, sweetheart," he said softly before he started to make his way to the table where breakfast was already there.

"Did you miss a spot this morning?" Kitty asked as she grabbed her cup from the counter, walked over to the table, where Red had sat down and grabbed a piece of bacon, and sat down.

"What?" Red asked as he looked at his wife in a confused manner. He then realized what she was talking about and ran his hand against his bearded chin. "Oh, yeah," he said as he smirked at his wife. "I like it." Kitty just gave him a look like he was crazy, but then a smile broke on her face. She liked it as well. Kitty grabbed a piece of toast and took a bite. She looked at Red and examined his face, realizing she had never actually seen him with a beard. He had been clean-shaven ever since she could remember. Red grabbed the newspaper and opened it, immediately finding the sport section. When he felt the familiar gaze of his wife, he looked up and noticed she was looking at him, clearly deep in her thoughts.

"Are you okay, sweetie?" he asked. His voice brought her out of her thoughts and she nodded her head, taking another bite of her toast.

"Yeah, of course," she said. "I just realized I've never actually seen you with facial hair, is all," she added. Red's eyebrow went up when he realized that she was right, he had never actually grown a beard.

"Yeah," he said as he let his hand wonder to his cheek and rubbed the hair that was growing. "I guess there's a first for everything." Kitty rolled her eyes and stood up, taking one last sip of her coffee before walking to the sink and putting it in. She then walked back to her husband and stood behind him, bending down and wrapping her arms around his neck.

"Well, I think it makes you look sexy," she whispered in his ear. Red smirked and moved out of Kitty's arms so he could stand up. When he did so, he leaned down and kissed Kitty lovingly. Kitty giggled at the feel of his beard against her lips. Red pulled back and looked at her confused.

"It tickles," she said as she laughed her famous laugh. She then stood up on her tippy toes and gave him one last kiss. That's when Red started to deepen the kiss. But before he could go too far, Kitty pulled back. "You're going to be late, honey," she said. Red gave her his best puppy eyes, but she put her hands on hips, like she meant what she said. But she did it in a playful manner.

"Fine," he said as he laughed, kissed her one last time and left the house, a piece of toast in hand.
