The Dead Girl of Moon Lake
Hello. This is the story of me. The dead girl that was never to be found. I was forgotten, dug up without sorrow. It was a very sad life. It all started one summer day, we were out to get on a roadtrip around the country. We stoppled over some rocks, and went past Moon Lake. My family was going off to hiking, they asked me to join along, but I kept standing near the lake. Staring at the shine of the moonlight against it. I went down the steep hill, without any frights. I went around the lake, still staring at the moonlight. My sister came along, "Why are you staring at the lake? Did you get frightened?" I stared at her for a long time, then I finally choked out, "These lakes remind me of the stars of the night. When me and Toby were on the shore of the Silver Lake." You're still not forgeting him?! We really need you to move on." My sister said.
I just turned away and kept on walking. She ignored my sadness and walked along with me. The next morining, when we were trying to get up the hill, I spotted a dog. A dog that had the lights in her eyes. I went to see it, it was very frightened. "It's okay little dog. I'm not doing any harm." I said. He barked and nodded. I looked at his collar the name tag said GO AWAY YOU HAVE NOTHING TO SEE HERE. I got very frightened by that time, I called my parents but they were nowhere to be seen.
The next day, the dog lead me to a cave. In that cave were many rocks, rocks that had drawings! I went inside, each drawing showed some person dying of sorrow. I was still walking, I stopped when I came along a drawing that showed a girl that looked just like me, wavy blonde hair, blue eyes, she even wore the same clothes. The drawing showed that the girl was dying of, well nothing. It didn't show anything, just a dead girl. I walked out of the cave, looking for the dog, but I couldn't see him anywhere, I walked along the lake once more.
I left the lake that same night. I went off searching for my parents, I didn't find them anywhere. I looked up, down, I knocked on every door, but didn't find them. Finally I spotted our RV on the steep hill of Gawa. I went along the hill, looking for them. I saw no sign of them anywhere. I left town that night, and found an animal shelter. I came along it and saw nobody in there just saw a sign that said property of sandy hills. I thought I heard that name before, then I finally remembered that Sandy Hills was actually an old friend of mine. I hadn't seen her for days so I went inside. I saw another sign that said in memory of sandy may she rest in peace.
I left there with a sad heart. I finally came along my familys house. I saw a letter I read outloud, "Dear Samantha Hilly, We are sorry to inform you. But this house has been sold. From, Your Family." I was very sad now. I went to Moon Lake once again and went searching for the dog, I didn't see it anywhere. So I went into the cave, I saw the same drawing but now it was different it showed the girl was searching for a valuable treasure. I was going out of the cave when I heard a big hammer.
Everyone sat around for my grave, all smiles not one frown. Exept for the dog I saw he was very sad. And so I was dug up and never seen again.
