Prologue
Alice grew up with Jasper they where always together, there moms thought that they would always be together. But it didn't work out like that…
Jasper was 16 and Alice was 14 and Jasper had a crush on her, but never said anything about it. He was going to tell her when she came back from her trip to New York with her mom, Jenna.
"Jasper we have to go get Alice and Jenna, so hurry up," his mother called to him. Yes they're back, he thought.
"Ok, mom, I'm coming," he said in reply.
The car ride was only twenty minutes, but for Jasper it was much longer. He had missed Alice so much, that he couldn't stand another second away from her.
At the airport, Jasper looked among the crowd of people rushing around, but he couldn't find Alice. All he could see was an attractive girl flirting with some tall, blonde guy…
"Oh, look," Jasper's mom, Marissa, said, looking at the girl who was obviously trying to get into the blonde guys pants, "Alice found someone!"
He wanted to knock someone, but then his beautiful angel noticed him, and all his problems disappeared, even though she had her fingers laced with his newest problem.
"JASPER!" she cried when she was close. She ran and hugged him. "I missed you so much!" She pulled away and looked at the guy and then Jasper. "This is James. We met on the plane here. He's new."
James glared at Jasper in a malicious way. Jasper took Alice's hand and tried to pull her away, but she wouldn't let him. "Lets go!" He said. He desperately wanted to get her away from this James person.
"Jasper," she started in a…different…tone. Like she was really sorry. "I'm going on a date with James."
"Ok," he answered. But it most certainly was not ok. He was going to tell Alice how he's felt for the longest time. But he loved her enough to let her go.
Alice ran to James and Jasper walked away with his own and Alice's mother.
"So, Jasper," Jenna said, "how was your summer?"
He looked back at Alice who was flirting with James again. "Fine."
"Jasper" Alice said as she was crying. She had been dating James for 3 months. And she doesn't like him at all.
"What's wrong, Alice?" Jasper asked as she cried into his chest. It almost felt like she was his. He stroked her hair.
"We can't hang out anymore. James doesn't want me around y-you. I'm s-sorry. G-good bye. I will always love y-you, Jazz."
Then she was gone from. And he hasn't seen her for four years. Until that day…
