Legion.
An extremely skilled Geth, apparently a sniper and a shocktrooper.
Created to look like Quarians, as is all geth - and with a mask. A mask with a round side.
Remind you of anyone?
...Anyone?
Fine, I'll put it out for you all: Z3R0.

Shepard continued along the broken ship, groaning at these pesky little Husks coming up from the side. A barked order to Grunt, and he grinned widly, firing his shotgun off at the approaching semi-humans. Zombies? Yeah, they're a lot like zombies, she mused as she fired off her shotty at the bastards.
The comforting sound of Garrus's sniper rifle joined the sympothy of sounds, cracks of mass-effect weaponry joining the onslaught against the enemy approach. Soon, Grunt became tired of the boring shooting, and went down there himself, smashing Husk heads and killing enemies with ease, his Krogan biology aiding tremendously. Eventually, we carved a trail of corpses(they are corpses, so if we kill them again, does that make them corpses, or are they something else?) towards what looks like the main proccessor.
A barked warning from Garrus assounds, and I quickly turn around, just for a husk to gape his mouth, too slow for my kinetic barriers to block -
And his head is blown off. A mechanical voice resounds, "H34DSH0T, n00b."

The bird-creature immediately aimed his rifle at Me, but it wouldn't do any good. He was Zero the Number, after all. The lizard-human thing lifted his shotgun in a vaguely threathening gesture. He looked strange - he did not expect monstrosities to be intellegent, much less fighting against these warped creatures. He hefted his Jakobs rifle, the six-round revolver-mag glinting deadly in the slight light.
Come to think of it, this didn't feel like Pandora. His four fingers fumbled with his HUD, before measuring that this had 98% of the gravity that Pandora held. Maybe it was a bug? Counting this in his head, he looked at the apparently non-hostile creatures, a ? appearing on his mask.
The head creature; a human, female shouted: "GETH!"
