Starla, long lost sister of Rosalina
She has dark brown hair that goes down to her back. It is straight. She also has Rosalina's fringe, but at the other side. She has a long, straight, deep blue dress with silver stars all over it. She is NOT evil, but she is mother of the koopa's. The top of her wand is green and has the outline of a koopa shell. Originally, the koopa's were a force of good, but Bowser turned them evil. Whenever you beat a koopaling, they turn good. Bowser and Bowser Jr are defeated at the end of the game, yet are still evil, for the next game.
