He's noticed it. Spiderman, Peter Parker, he really doesn't want to think about it. No, it makes him slightly sick to imagine it.
Which, by the way, he has.
They are like a bickering married couple, yelling at each other instead of him, fighting each other instead of him, hell, even starting to find new ways to piss each other off... with no care to catch and kill him.
It's just too, too, weird. Peter scowls under his mask as he watches them go into a argument yet-a-fucking-gain.
Venom is snarking, clearly the symbiote is the starter of this argument, and is clearly enjoying it in ways that are definitely perverse. The goblin, realizing this, has come unhinged, screaming obscenities and accusations into the air without any thoughts on his audience.
Peter really doesn't want to know about Venom's habit of leaving the toilet seat up, or, actually...
He is horrified at the fact that two of his most hated and feared enemies live together. He can't even get the images from his mind. How would that even... Gods, no!
Clearly, oh so very clearly, they need time apart, for their sanity, and the hero's as well. Climbing up to a spot that was closer to the arguing duo, Peter was able to launch a surprise attack... except it didn't get him very far. Instead the two villains simply waved him off, and go back to arguing about who's turn it is to clean their kitchen.
Another thing that Peter never wanted to know.
Venom holding him by the scruff of his uniform like a adult holding a stray puppy while they continued to bicker is humiliating. It is as if the world had been flipped upside down, cracked out, and then fucked over multiple times.
Finally, when Venom started waving his hands to accentuate his point, shaking the poor hero and making him want to loose his lunch he had enough, screaming at them to grow up and end whatever thing they had. At the very least, they needed time away from each other!
For many, many long minutes there was blessed silence, but it is ruined by the sets of eyes on Peter, watching him like one would a puppy that just peed on the carpet in a mark of territory that it really had no right to. During this time he debated if he could surprise them and run away before they eviscerated him in a rage.
Instead, Venom drops him and they start talking rationally about taking time off, giving each other space. They leave him, confused and still oh so horrified, on the roof. And really, really considering a vacation. A break away from reality.
