Every Time
A.N.: Okay, one-shot about Owyn and some of his thoughts on my OC, Jade. Needless to say, Jade is mine.

Having just sent Jade off, Owyn steps out of the small room to watch her walk to the end of the main hall before turning left into the area where blood layers the walls and floors, and out of his sight.

He sighs, half wishing he could go watch her fight. On the other hand, watching the battle would be painful for him. He probably wouldn't go even if he could. Though, he would like to cheer her on...

Leaving to watch her fight would also be easier than standing around wondering when she'll get back. If she'll get back.

He begins walking right of the room he usually spends his time in, then he walks left and up some stares before opening the door to outside.

Blinking at the bright sun that has been hiding recently, he walks over to the door across from him and steps into an area that leads to all the seats of the arena.

He walks forward to lean up against the railing while smiling as Jade punches a Yellow Team man in the face.

He'd heard her say things about using her fist in battle only, but he'd never seen her fight before. She's good with her fist too, punching repeatedly until the person she's fighting staggers forward, then she's brings down both her fists to hit them hard on the head.

He laughs a bit, watching her mock her enemy, "Gosh, are all Yellow Team idiots so talkative?"

A few more hits and the man's on his knees, about to stand up, but a final two-hands down on his head's enough to make him drop down completely.

Jade heals herself while waving as the crowd cheers loudly and the man announces the Blue Team as winner of the round.

Owyn turns and walks outside again, then back into the Arena Bloodworks. Jade smiles as she spots him while walking into the Bloodworks on the opposite side of him, "Was I taking that long?"

He laughs as they meet each other halfway, "No. In fact, I believe that was your quickest fight yet."

Jade smirks cockily, pushing some of her red-black hair out of her face, "Thanks. So what, you just wanted to see someone die?"

He smiles as he hands her a bag of gold, "I realized I never saw you fight before. You're good, kid. Now take your gold and go wash up. You're dripping blood."

Jade nods, laughing as she takes the bag and walks off. Owyn turns and watches her leave the Bloodworks, smiling at her.

He needs to stop worrying when she leaves to fight. She never disappoints him...he never loses her. Somehow, he still worries every time.
