A new day...
Chapter one...
Rachel is running to Glee club, late but she has some BAD news!
When she gets there, she looks at the rest of her friends, but as they look at her puzzled by her being late, she sighs and goes into the middle of the room.
Rachel: (panting) I have some really bad news! I mean, really bad!
Finn: how bad exactly?
Rachel: well, put it this way, it might stop us from winning at regionals this year!
The whole group start whispering and Quin stands up looking exasperated.
Quin: I really dont need another regionals quite so bad, last time, my water broke!
Puck: well, at least your not knocked up again!
Quin: (glaring at him) Well, thats rich coming from the FATHER!
Puck suddenly reddens at his stupidity and shuffles in his chair, Quin looks pleased with herself and sits down again, just as Will walks in. Rachel whips around and he smiles at her, but she frowns.
Rachel: I am so sorry Mr. Schuester, but there is some really bad news!
Will: Is this about the new group of stage brats from acroos the road?
Everyone starts sniggering, but Kurt stands up, looking annoyed.
Kurt: please, I do not need anymore bad news today and if this about some stupid group of stage school drama queens, I will pass!
Puck: really, Kurt?
Finn starts laughing, and Kurt sits down in a huff. Will tells Rachel to sit down and faces the group, who are all listening eagerly.
Will: Now, yes, Rachel is right, there is a new group of school divas across the road, from St. Clarisse's high school, BUT, this does not mean we will lose at regionals! We had tough competition last year, and we came back stronger! So lets fight back! Now, I want to give you a new assignment! Your task is to find a song about being strong and coming back stronger!
Rachel: (putting her hand up) can we work together please? I know who I want to work with!
Puck: (sniggering) let me guess...Finn! Just so you can sing together! Ooooh...oooh, you could be the next bonny and clyde!
The group laughs and Rachel and Finn blush, but Will tells them all to hush and carries on talking.
Will: Yes, you can work together, BUT, remember, if it is not in by due date, I am afraid I will have to give you a warning, because, well, we need to beome more strict after someone in here wrote this!
He holds up a piece of paper.
Rachel: what is it?
Will: An "uncool" list, someone has put up these all around school and next to each name, there is a horrible comment about them, this has to be stopped! So, I would come forward soon, or we will all be punished!
Puck: Of course, you all expect me to confess, but I did not do it!
Quin: (sighing) Puck? Really?
Puck: Yes! (sits down, looking miffed)
They all laugh and Will scrunches up the paper and throws it in the bin.
Will: Okay, see you soon then! Good luck!
They all leave and Will sighs humming a little tune.
