Chapter 1
Sarah rushed out of the house, her back pack in hand. She wasn't the kid that gets excited over school. But today was different. After school, her friend, Kelly, and her were going to see her brother's band play. Kelly's brother, Erik, was a senior. If Sarah, a sophmore, were to be seen hanging with a senior, she would be popular.
She walks into the double doors of her highschool, scooping the crowd to find Kelly. She was east to spot becasue of her firetruck red hair.
"Kelly!" Sarah rushes to her friend.
"We still on for tonight?" Sarah wonders
"Totaly! I can't wait to see Jeff." Jeff was Kelly's boyfriend. Jeff was a junior and knew how to play the drums.
"Guess what?" Kell says to her
"What?" Sarah wondered.
"So you know how Erik couldn't find a guitarist...well he did...and I heard he's a hunk! You two should like totally hook up." Kelly tells her happily
"Kel, I don't even know the guy!" Sarah says
"Well look for yourself!" Kelly turns Sarah's head to the direction of a boy.
The boy was in a leather jacket, his hair slicked back. He turned his attention Sarah, before she turned back, ashamed she was caught staring. The walks up to the girls, grinning.
"Hey." Seth says
"Hi." Sarah says shyly, "I'm Sarah and this is Kelly." Sarah introduces them
"Erik's sister right?" he confirms
"The one and only." Kelly said bubbly.
"I'm Seth." he extends a hand, allowing the girls to shake it.
"So you gunna see us play?" Seth wonders
"Totally!" Kelly said excitedly. "Right Sarah?" Kelly confirms
Sarah nodded. Kelly was right, Seth was a hunk. His hotness prevented Sarah to speak. So all she did was nod.
