So I don't have very much time to devote to this story right now, but I really want to get something up. I'm working on a really long TMNT project (which has been in the works, oh, about a year…); it will have a starting point by the end of Summer (hopefully). While thinking about my really long TMNT project, I thought about this little piece. Tell me what you think, please. I'll appreciate it extra if it is one of the lovely writers I've reviewed, followed, favorite-ed, or PM-ed. Without further ado, I give you Turtles.

Dark.

Hard.

Must move. Up. Through the rough.

Little wiggles near.

Moving.

Digging.

Scraping.

Break through.

In the cool, free.

Must reach splash…

WHAT!?

Oily, greasy, firm. Can't move. Falling. Plunk.

Water…sand. Crawling. Umph. Hard. Smooth.

VROOM! Loud!

Over there. Others.

Three scents more.

Calm.

Racing.

Adapted.

Look around. Find water. Find Sand. Find Food.

Find Safe.

Found Sand. Found water. Found…Food? Crunchy. Floppy. Green smell.

Safe?

Not water, too small. Not sand, too shallow.

Calm sent comes. Nudged. Follow. Group safe.

Can you guess what this is? Or who's point this section was viewed from? First person is difficult in different species. Let me know how I did. I promise it will get easier to read later, but the idea just won't work if I use too much of a human stance right now. Disclaimer: As this story and any other stories I update to fan fiction are FAN FICTIONS I do not own the original work. This is an expansion of a great idea.

Have a good one readers. School's almost out.

Sincerely,

Oro Rosa
