Light and L were working on the Kira case (with Ryuk) when a song came on the radio for "relieving stress* as Watari put it. The song started out with,
"If there's a god, he's laughing at us." (Ben Folds, Effington)
Light started laughing more than Ryuk does when a false name.
"What's so funny Light?" L asked as Kira percentage went up.
Light just kept 'hyuk'ing (like Ryuk)
Hyuk. Ryuk. This realization kept Light laughing.
"What's so funny Light?" L asked as his anger level was rising.
"Inside" more laughter "joke!"
I just figured out the Ryuk-Effington thing, and I thought it was hilarious.
