PEW. PEW. Two gun shots would change Clara's life forever. Her parents lay dead in front of her. What had they done wrong. Nothing as far as Clara could tell. They had just gone shopping. Clara couldn't believe her eyes. She collapsed next to her mother. Why had this happened to her. All because a stupid piece of plastic.
The next day she met with her parents lawyer to discuss where she would go. She wished she could have gone to stay with her gran but she was in no condition to take care of Clara. In the end, She had to go with her aunt who lived in Cardiff. Clara loved her aunt, but she was as stiff as a board and Clara wished she could have gone with a woman named Jackie who her mother mentioned a lot, but Clara had never met her. She was intrigued by her. After all her mother and her had known each other since primary school. But no she was to leave with her aunt right after the funeral.
It had been 2 weeks since she had moved with her aunt to Cardiff. Her birthday had justed passed. She was now seventeen. She thought herself as the unluckiest person in the universe. Her parents killed just before her birthday, then having to move to a new city, yet something else bothered Clara. Their was something odd about this place and frankly it scared the living daylights out of Clara who would now believe in the impossible. But as much as it scared Clara it intrigued Clara to explore it more after all it may just be a irrational fear. So she followed that little nagging sensation to a was clutching her book her mother gave her and felt her red bag bouncing against her hip. She felt herself getting closer and closer and closer, then she reached out her hand as if to touch something and then she fell.
