Lucy was walking home from the guild, and was texting Natsu.
"What do u think our next mission should be?" Lucy asked.
"Hm... How about the one with Sabertooth?"
"Sure! It seems fun! But as always, challenging."
"Eh... I could take those guys out with one fire dragon roar!"
"LOL Well, I should get going. See ya tomorrow Natsu!"
"See ya!"
Lucy put her phone in her pocket, and unlocked the door to her apartment. She opened the door, and stepped inside. She takes off her light blue coat and hangs it up in her closet. She turned the lights off, and the room was filled with darkness. It was the middle of the day, but Lucy had closed the blinds. Suddenly, Lucy feels a hand over her mouth. Another hand took her phone out of her pocket, and then put it in a pocket. Lucy screamed and tried to get free.
"Lucy Heartfilia... remember me?"
Lucy recognized the voice. It was her cousin, Ryan. He tried to take Lucy's clothes off when she was only 14. Her father banned Ryan from the Heartfilia manor for life after that event took place.
Lucy managed to say, "Ryan..."
Ryan covered Lucy's mouth again and whispered. "Sh... keep quiet... I don't want anyone to know that you're getting kidnapped!"
Lucy started to struggle, but couldn't manage to get free. Ryan rammed her against the wall, and started to choke her. Lucy couldn't breathe. She started to sense powerful magic nearby, and it got stronger, and closer. Lucy slowly began to black out. Suddenly, someone came crashing through the door, with flame all around him.
"Natsu!" Lucy squeaked out.
"LET LUCY GO!" Natsu punches Ryan, causing him to fall over, and to black out.
"Lucy!" Natsu ran to her. "Are you okay?! I was so worried about you. I sensed that you were in trouble."
Lucy nods. "Yeah." she manages to squeak out.
"Here, let's go to my place, and I'll get you feeling better."
Lucy nods, and Natsu picks Lucy up bridal style. Natsu carried Lucy through a forest, and brought her to his house made of stone, twigs, and a thatched roof. Natsu brung Lucy inside, and saw Happy playing with a ball of yarn. He dropped it when he saw Lucy.
"Lucie! What happened?!"
"Lucy was going to be kidnapped by this random psycho that happened to get into her house. But, I sensed she was in trouble, so I ran out, saved her, and here we are now." Natsu responded.
"Are you okay Lucie?" Happy hugged her as Natsu sat her down on his couch.
Lucy nods slightly, and hugs the blue cat back.
Natsu ran into the kitchen and made Lucy some healing tea. Lucy sipped it, and felt her strength returning. Natsu wrapped an arm around Lucy, and sat down next to her. Happy had fallen asleep on Lucy's lap, and was snoring like a new born baby kitten. Natsu put a hand on Lucy's chin, and turned her head towards him. Natsu leaned in, and connected his lips with his. Lucy blushed, but connected her lips with his. Natsu's hand moved to Lucy's hip, and then down to her thigh. Lucy blushed more, and Natsu was blushing as well. Natsu smiled, and kept kissing Lucy. Natsu took off his shirt, and wrapped his scarf around Lucy. Lucy took careful note of where Natsu had been impacted by scars. Lucy and Natsu slowly started to separate from their kiss.
"Lucy..."
"Natsu..."
Natsu hugs Lucy tightly, and Lucy hugs him back. He places his head on top of hers.
"I'm so glad I saved you..."
"Yeah... Thank you, Natsu..."
Natsu kisses Lucy's cheek. "No problem... It's my job to save ya... I have to protect ya..."
'I have to protect ya... I have to protect ya...' The words rang in Lucy's mind, and she hugged Natsu tighter.
Lucy smiled. "And I'll always protect you..."
