A/N: TeddyxVictoire...random, short, drabble, one-shot, etc. I'm basically on a writing streak right now, and publishing everything that's coming to my head. Please read it and review it and let me know how you like it.

It was 10:57 on September 1st of 2017. I was starting my final year at Hogwarts. I was Head Girl, Chaser on the Gryffindor Quidditch Team, Captain of said Quidditch team, and expected to receive good grades on my NEWTs in the spring. I wanted to be a Healer, and so far everything was looking as though it would fall together. The internship I'd taken over the summer had turned out very well. My life was perfect. The only thing I'd be missing this year was the thing that had, over the past few months, grown to be the most important thing.

"I'll miss you," Teddy told me for the thousandth time as we shared yet another goodbye kiss. But however many times he'd say the words, I felt as though I couldn't hear them enough times. I needed him there, with me, but I would be without him until Christmas. That was exactly 115 days away. Yes, I'd counted. One hundred and fifteen days without my love.

"I'll miss you more," I reminded him. His hair turned bubblegum pink. It had been his mum's favorite hair color, and I saw its vibrant shade only when he was at his happiest. I took pleasure in the fact that I'd come to see it more and more since we'd gotten together. I'd asked him why, and he told me-I made him happy.

10:59. The whistle on the train blew. "I don't want to leave," I whispered, using all my willpower to stop the tears that I knew would come if I let my guard down for even an instant.

"I don't want you to leave either, but we both know you must. I'll write you everyday."

"You promise?"

"I promise." He kissed me once more, it was short, but sweet.

I smiled wistfully at him as I hopped aboard the train, not once letting our eye contact break. I didn't want to leave. I didn't want the amazing summer we'd shared to end.

The train was about to pull away. He was a few yards from the window, but our eyes were still locked. Then suddenly, I saw his eyes make an impulsive decision. "Victoire?" he shouted.

"Yes?" I shouted back, feeling the train lurch forward, hoping he would be quick with what it was he needed to say.

"I-" then the train began to pull out. I was disappointed, but just for a moment, because then I saw that he was running along beside it. "I love you!" he yelled.

I was awestruck. This was the first time he'd said this. I felt the need to go over these words in my head a million times, to marvel in their beauty, but I knew that there wasn't time. I needed to react fast, and I knew in my heart what the right response was.

"I love you too!" I shouted out the window. His hair was the most vibrant pink I'd ever seen; my Uncle Harry told me later that it would've made his mother proud. I watched his gorgeous smile 'til he was out of sight, and I knew that somehow, everything would be okay.

A/N: Not my best work, but let me know what you thought of it. This is my first Teddy/Victoire, so I'm hoping to improve...let me know how I could do that. No flames, though, please. Thanks
