I walked along the empty streets of the village I once called home. I remembered when there were people in this village. the children played and the Parents laughed, but that all changed after 'that' happened and I remembered it like it happened yesterday. To this day that memory still haunts me

~Flash Back~

I was playing with a bunch of children around my age. I came here when my best friend's mother found me in the woods crying. I told her that my dragon had left me and I was trying to find him. when they brought me back I was introduced to there two children one was a female that was younger then me her name was Kanami, the other was a male that seemed about my age and I found out his name was Kaze. Their parents asked if I wanted to live with them and I said yes seeing as I had no where left to go.

As we played I heard a scream. it sounded like Kanami's mother. I looked at Kanami and Kaze and we all ran to where the sound had originated. as we turned a corner I saw a man holding a sword to her neck. Kanami screamed and blew our cover. I on the other hand was enraged as I saw him slit her throat in front of me. I ran up and punched him in the face. he had dropped Kanami's mother and was holding his noes.

"Little brat your going to pay for that." he said getting up. my rage only grew as I saw others killing to adults. as my rage grew the ground began to shake violently. My anger finally went over the edge and I blacked out.

When I awoke I saw Kaze in front of me shaking me. I looked around and saw the villagers cowering in fear, I gave Kaze a confused look. As I looked closer at the village I saw that it was destroyed and there was Lava coming from the top of the mountains. I also noticed dead bodies laying on the floor.

"Kaze? What happened here?" I asked fear evident in my voice. Kaze gave me a sad look.

"(Y/N), you ended up blacking out and killed all the men who came here. But after words we couldn't stop you. My dad had to knock you out completely. So now the villagers are terrified of you power." He said in a saddened tone. I looked at him full of shock and sadness. I got up and walked to Kanami the only person other than Kaze that I hoped didn't think I was a monster. As I walked towards her I noticed she hid behind one of the adults.

"Kanami?" I asked. 'If she is afraid of me then this I will have to leave. I promised Kagome if I ever made another human cry or scared then I would never go near one again.' I thought. Although deep down I hoped that she would still trust me.

"Stay Away! Don't come near me!" Kanami yelled. I backed up slowly and nodded.

"Just as I thought. Well I guess this means good bye. I will always love you." With every word more tears began to prick at my eyes, and every word I took a step back away from them all. One my last few words I turned and ran away never looking back. My tears fell from my eyes as I ran and I could hear Kaze yelling my name and running after me through the cold woods. I didn't stop though, I kept running. As I ran I could hear his voice getting farther and farther away. I ran until I came upon a small lake that Uri had taken me to a few days before he left. It looked the same as when I had left it. that night I staid by the lake and cried my self to sleep.
