A/N:This will take place during their 7th year at Hogwarts. Of course that leads to some trouble since this will oppose what happens in DH, but since this book doesn't is about the war or about god versus evil, that doesn't effect much of the story. To make things easier for me, Voldemort is still dead and that happened pretty much the way it happened in the 7th book. I guess Harry was just a little more effective in my world, the events leading to this happened as well so Snape died a heroes death and so forth. McGonagall is as for now attending both as a headmaster and teacher in transformation. Rated M for future material.

Prologue

As Hermione woke up, three things came into her mind at the same time. The first thing was that she had a huge headache, the second one was that she didn't remember how she ended up in her bed the last night, in fact she couldn't remember much from last night at all. The third thing was that she wasn't alone.
She nervously lay there for a while. Trying to remember what had happened. She had attended the Halloween party in the great hall, after the feast it was the mandatory dance and after that the seventh graders had continued the party unattended at the third floor. Harry had disappeared with Ginny a short while after and Ron had, had one to many drinks and went to bed shortly after.
She had felt alone and been sitting by the wall drinking of the punch and then...
Oh why couldn't she remember?

She sighed heavily and looked at the other end of the bed. All she could see was a tiny bit of a blonde thatch lying on the pillow. Blonde adjoining to white. And then he turned around.
She had to suppress a shriek as she saw his face. This was a nightmare, it had to be. No way that she would have gone to bed with him, no matter how many drinks she had.

Desperately she tried to leave the bed without waking him up. God don't let him wake up, at least let me leave without a confrontation. She picked up her things from the floor, her clothes spread out all over the floor, testifying about the events the night before.

With her robe sloppy fastened she was just to head for the door when she heard from behind her.

- What the... Granger?

She turned to face him. Watching him laying in the bed, blinking in disbelief, jaw dropped. She swallowed two times, trying to figure out what to say. Ignoring the thought that he looked to damn good with a bare torso.

- Malfoy... No one can ever know about this! You hear me, no one can ever know!
With those word she turned around, opened the door and left him.
