Rainbow Factory alternative ending (Good Ending I made myself)

The events of this (very) short story happen right after the events of "The Rainbow Factory". What if Rainbow Dash didn't kill Scootaloo? She does represent the element of LOYALTY, after all.

I can't do it. I can't. I just can't.

I can't kill her. She means so much to me. I represent the element of loyalty. this isn't loyal. I don't have to do this. She's my friend. She's my sister.

She's not dead yet. I can still stop this. Spectra isn't more important than harmony and friendship. After all this time, all she and I have been through, I can't. I CAN'T!

This isn't my place. This isn't my element. I. CAN'T. MURDER. HER.

I turn off the machine and free Scootaloo from the chains. "Go," I said weakly, tears in my eyes. "Go, before they come for the Spectra."

I did it. I finally did it. I saved her. But it's not loyal to them. Not to the Factory. But it is loyal to friendship and trust. The element I represent is loyalty, and I plan to keep it that way. I see them. "GO, SCOOTALOO!" I yell as they approach me. "no," She said softly. "I want to stay here, with you. even if that means risking my life to save you." I cry. "you... Forgive me?" I ask. "of course I do! you're my sister," Scootaloo says as the workers come closer. "I resign!" I say as the workers stand in front of me angrily. "I know I'd lose everything if I didn't kill her, but she is my everything. She's my sister, and my life is incomplete without her. I can't just give up the element of loyalty to some stupid FACTORY BENT ON MURDER. I am Rainbow Dash, and I hereby declare myself No longer a Rainbow Factory." I stamp my right front hoof and look angrily back.

"Come on, Scoot," I say as she stares at me. "Let's get out of here." "Alright, dash!" She replies and hops on my back. Though she could now fly, she still preferred riding me, as Spike would prefer riding on Twilight's back as she flies.

We escaped. I didn't have a legitimate job now, but I didn't need one. I had my friends there with me. I also had a job teaching at Princess Twilight's School of Friendship. I Returned Scootaloo to the other Cutie Mark Crusaders and went back to my house to take a nap.

The next day was pretty normal... Except for the fact that Twilight was in an alternate dimension chasing somepony named Sunset Shimmer. Of course, nopony knows about the rainbow factory's upper floor... So nopony heard about it closing. Heh. Let's hope it stays that way.
