Strangers in the night exchanging glances,
Strangers in the night, what were the chances
We could fall in love before the night was through?

Wes stepped closer, pulled the tall woman in, hand pressed firmly in the small of her back, fully taking control of the foxtrot. And she was surprised to find herself, not repulsed as she usually would be by another short, controlling Asian baby, but allowing herself to follow his lead, falling into his chasse, gliding into his hesitations…

Something in your eyes was so inviting.
Something in your smile was so exciting.
Something in my heart told me I must have you.

Speaking of eyes and smiles and other sickeningly romantic crap, she stared deep into those chocolate pools of youth and honesty. Her lips began to pull up at the edges. It felt stiff, unnatural… Dear God, was she actually smiling?

Who did this kid think he was, anyway? She was a champion. A warrior. And here was some snot-nosed teenager (with impeccable hygiene and presentation, she was forced to admit) who, with a song in his heart (what had gotten into her? God, she was turning into freaking Shakespeare!) and some sort of compassion or empathy or whatever the hell that emotion was meant to be, had actually managed to make her weak at the knees.

Must be the hormones. That had to be it.

Strangers in the night
Two lonely people, we were strangers in the night
Up tothe momentwhere we said our first hello.
Little did we know
Love was just a glance away,
A warm, embracing dance away.

Maybe she was just hiding. Maybe she was just afraid. After all, she'd spent her whole life lonely. Her Mom always being away, her father… well, who knew? And she'd been left with her sister - the only love she'd ever known.

And she knew Wes' story. How that entire snobby gay school looked up to him. How his boys were his only family left.

Maybe it was time to start trusting again.

God. Stupid hormones. Apparently that stem cell research had paid off - because her tear ducts most definitely had grown back.

Wes reached up a gentle hand, wiping away the weakness with his thumb.

"Look at me."

His touch, his whisper. He was in control - very dominant - but everything about him screamed gentle.

"You're beautiful."

Goddammit. Just once in her life, she actually believed it.

Ever since that night we've been together,
Lovers at first sight, in love forever.
It turned out so right for strangers in the night.

Sue Sylvester opened her eyes with a jolt.

So. Apparently those pregnancy hormones caused some pretty intense nightmares.

Smiling to herself, she rubbed her swelling stomach. If only the boys at Dalton knew just who had fathered her bastard child. And just how she'd managed to get that sample…

And so the Sues ship was born. Sues? Montvester? Sylgomery? Wue? Take your pic :P

Oh, dear God. Forgive me.

So, this was prompted to me through one of the fanfic memes. Which is a lot of fun. I'm also writing a Cas/Captain Jack Sparrow fic too... which I may or may not upload here.

And I have about 400 words of TSAB written. It's coming! I promise! *coughTHAT'SWHATHESAIDcough*

Oh, and, as always, if you recognise it, I don't own it. Unless you just recognise my sweet sweet style. I'll take full ownership of that, thank you very much. :P

Like it? Hate it? Want me to be arrested for crimes against humanity from this fic? Please let me know!

Keep smiling! :D
