Owen Harper watched Toshiko Sato was been whisked across the dance floor by their Torchwood teammate Ianto Jones. They were all at the wedding reception of fellow Teammate Gwen Williams.
Owen watched as Ianto gracefully and gently held Tosh as he lead her across the dance floor. Owen seethed as he saw Ianto smile and whisper something in Tosh's ear.
" Owen is getting more and more jealous " Tosh looked over Ianto's shoulder at Owen then back at Ianto "Thank you for doing this Ianto " Ianto smiled warmly "It is my pleasure Tosh. Now then Just follow my lead. I am going to pretend to whisper something in your ear. I want you to pretend to laugh ok?" Tosh nodded and began to giggled as Ianto buzzed her ear.
"What the hell could the Tea boy be saying that is so bloody funny" Owen muttered to him self He then looked over at Jack Harkness who sat across the table from him. Owen scowled " And what the fuck is so bloody funny Harkness? Jack grinned "You"
Owen made a face "What about me?"
Jack chuckled and grinned again. "You are so jealous." Owen rolled his eyes "Of the Tea boy? You are joking," Jack nodded as Owen frowned " Oh fuck you Harkness " Jack laughed " Nope sorry Owen I'd rather Fuck Ianto, Thanks for the offer though." Owen was about to say something when Ianto and Tosh came up to the table arm in arm. , Ianto pulled out her chair for her. As he did Ianto spoke " Would you like a drink Tosh? " She nodded "A wine spitzer Please Ianto." Jack watched Ianto go to the bar, He looked at Tosh then to Owen ( who was pouting), Jack decided to help Ianto with his plan. He leaned over to Tosh " Tosh in the words of Ed Sullivan YOU LOOK SENSATIONAL ." Tosh blushed prettily as Ianto came back to the table. "Here you go pretty lady. Drink this then when you are done that we will go for another dance"
Just then Owen slammed his fist on the table, and got up and stalked off, stating that he needed some air. Jack headed out behind him and found him out side "Owen Quit acting like a asshole, Go ask her to dance," Owen looked at him "She'd rather dance with Ianto, " No she doesn't, God you are blinder then stevie wonder, Tosh wants to dance with you . so get your dead ass in there and Ask her. Ianto will not mind."
Back at the table Tosh looked sad " Well its not working is it?" Ianto looked at the door way and spoke " Oh I wouldn't say that. Look" She looked and saw Owen approach the table Ianto spoke " So finished that drink?" Tosh nodded as Ianto spoke again as Jack sat beside him, " Then lets hit that dance floor." Owen spoke up "Oy sorry Tea boy but I believe the next dance this lady has is with a dead man," Owen lead Tosh to the dance floor as Jack and Ianto sat watching.
Ianto felt Jacks arms around him and heard him whisper " Mission complete Tea Boy. Well played" he kissed Ianto's cheek and Ianto leaned back in Jack's arms "that's what I love about Torch wood By day you are fighting raging psycho bitches, By night you're the wedding fairy." Jack laughed as he lead his Tea boy to the dance floor for a dance of their own.
