PROLOUGE
"BOY YOU BETTER GET DOWN HERE NOW." The boy who was being called by his father came rushing into the room hoping he got there fast enough to avoid the punishment that would come if he didn't . "I got a call from your School today. Your teachers were wondering if everything was okay at home because your test scores were lower than usual," as the information sinks in the boy starts to feel a since of dread because he knows what comes next. Ever since his mother moved out he has been through it over and over again.
Flashback
"It's your fault she left. You're useless and don't have a single accomplishment to your name. You're not the top of your class. The tennis team you joined hasn't gone to nationals in years. Then you go off wasting your time with your friends or just plain goofing off. There will be none of that anymore." As his father was yelling at him each sentence was punctuated with a hit to the body.
End Flashback
"The rules (1) his father set out were to be followed or he was 'punished.'(2) "Kunimitsu I warned you what would happen if your grades dropped no matter the reason," by this time Tezuka Kunimitsu had moved himself against the door he had just come through and waited for the inevitable to happen. The first blow was to his stomach and it escalated from there.
Tezuka's fathers rules: Tezuka must be the top of your class; Tezuka can only hang out with his friends if its tennis related; Tezuka must do everything he is told; Tezuka's friends are not allowed over; Tezuka must never show weakness to anyone.
Tezuka's 'punishment was usually being beaten and abused.
