[Scene opens with Ruby, seated on one of the beds, contemplative]
[Enter Yang]
Yang: Hey, sis! [Notices the state of her sister.] Something wrong?
Ruby: Well, I've just been thinking... We're all chibi, right? But... WHY Chibi? What alternate universe is this? Why do we all have big heads and enormous eyes?
[Yang rushes over and shushes Ruby, her eyes shifting around to make sure no one's listening.]
Yang: Ruby, don't talk like that! If they find out that we're self-aware, the spinoff could get canceled!
Ruby, confused: What are you talking about?
Yang: Have you never watched cartoons in your life, Ruby? Any time the cartoon characters become self-aware and start noticing the strange things about them and their world, soon after you never see that show again! I don't want us to end up that way! I like the jokes too much.
Ruby: BUT WHY ARE WE CHIBI?! WHY ARE CERTAIN PEOPLE REAPPEARING AFTER THEY'VE MET SOME TERRIBLE END ON THE MAIN SHOW?
[Yang covers Ruby's mouth, Ruby still yelling inaudibly]
[Enter Blake, unsure of what is happening]
Blake: Guys, I thought Roman Torchwick was eaten by a Griffon, but I just saw him and that ice cream girl having coffee with a couple of those weird shadow people...
Yang: Oh, Dust, not you too! Guys, we can't keep pointing out the weird junk going on! The show will get yanked, I'm telling you.
[Enter Weiss]
Weiss: Ladies, did you know Pyrrha is here? I mean, didn't something happ-!
[Yang flames up in a rage]
Yang: STOP BEING SELF AWARE! I NEED THIS SHOW TO CONTINUE SO I STILL HAVE BOTH MY ARMS! You know how hard it is to feel Blake up with just my left hand? It's awful!
[Awkward silence ensues, the girls' eyes all darting around at each other]
Blake: What, you don't like feeling me up? Maybe I'll go get Sun to do it. Or that cutie from Haven with the turquoise hair and the hoverboard...
Ruby: And what do you mean, one arm?
Weiss: You people are all crazy! This comedy business is ridiculous!
[Loud crashing noise, huge CANCELED stamp appears]
Yang: Oh, Dust, we just got canceled. Thanks, guys, it's been real. [Walks away]
[Scene breaks, set comes apart, everyone leaves but Ruby]
Ruby, standing in the studio alone, still confused: But WHY are we chibi?

((A/N: I don't remember if I noticed it or it was pointed out to me, but cartoon characters becoming self-aware always seemed to foreshadow disaster for the show. I know RWBY Chibi will last as long as the show, if not longer, because it also makes RT money, but I sort of channeled the idea into an Chibi sketch.))
