A Well-Mannered Midgardian's Guide to Dealing with Asgardian Princes

Greetings, if you have purchased this book it means you have the chance to meet your own Asgardian Prince. This book will help you deal with the overwhelming anxiety and love you feel for our brave heroes.

Chapter 1

Lesson one: Patience

Every Asgardian in blessed with a level of patience that Midgardian's can only dream of. This does not mean however that you should aim to test that patience. Just as you enjoy your own pace when going about your day, so do they. Should you meet a Prince of Asgard please remember that a well-mannered person will attempt to make conversation without hogging all of the other person's attention. Should our Princes greet you with a focused eye and a solid look it is permissible to return the greeting and perhaps offer a short comment or compliment before backing off.

Lesson two: Personal Space

I have heard of many a young maiden and youth so overwhelmed by our Princes presence that they simply must touch them. That will not do. Perhaps more than any of us Princes of Asgard enjoy their own personal space. To touch them without permission in any way is of the greatest offence. Should a Prince of Asgard invite you into his personal space, please be gracious and be polite. Do not push them, pull them or in any way seek to get yourself closer to them than they have indicated is comfortable. Remember- you would not be comfortable with a stranger touching you and neither are they.

Lesson three: Hygiene

If you suspect that you will be in the near company of a Prince of Asgard it is preferable that you look your absolute best. They are Princes after all, and they keep themselves tidy and clean. We should endeavor to emulate their example.

Lesson four: Consideration

Our Princes are beloved by many, including you. With this in mind it is important to remember that their time is very precious. They give us as much of it as we can and while we know they try very very hard they can't get to see and talk to everybody. To ensure that you give others the chance to meet these wonderful men please make sure that once you have been seen that you move aside for the next person. Also consider letting those who are shorter than you stand in front so that they too can see them.

You've reached the end of Chapter 1. Though it pains me to say so I do not believe many people will need the following chapters. Remember, good manners reflect not only on you but also your respect for these great men.
