Hello peoples! Millie hear, obviously posting a story. This is my first posted fanfiction, a short one shot. Criticism is welcome, I would appreciate if you aren't easy with it. Thanks and enjoy!

Stare. Blink. It was like looking the sun for the first time. The incredible pain threatened to crush me like a tsunami.
But only once I was alone. Now, there could be a raging fire around me and I wouldn't take notice.
My eyes kept straight ahead, staring at the very source of my attention.
We stared at each other, eyes wide. Tears welled up and threatened to spill. If he could cry, I bet he would. So many things were going on right now, but nobody moved or talked. Just stared. The sky cracked with thunder and the drizzle became a
downpour. But neither of us noticed. I knew this was gonna end soon. One of us would give in. Yet, I didn't know who. I took a deep breath, and blinked away the tears in my eyes. I took an uneasy step towards him. I felt the tear in my heart start
to ripple. He watched me, making no move to hide the pain and apology in his eyes. I took another step towards him and tripped. As I fell to the ground, I felt strong arms around me. He hoisted me up, and we stared into each other's eyes. "Bella,"
he breathed and pulled me into a tight hug. I could hear him dry sobbing as he held me. The tears streamed down my face as we stood there. "Edward, d-don't l-leave m-m-e!" I managed to choke out. He pulled back—arms still around me—looked
me square in the eye and said, "I love you and I will never leave." And with that, he crushed his hard, cold lips to mine.
