First Love
Prince Firefly and Princess Starlight were walking down the dirt path in no hurry to get to their location. The prince and princess were on a date of sorts and were on the way to one of their favorite locations: The carrot top circus.
It was a small circus with games, small attractions, and good snacks. They liked it because it was so casual, laid back, and straight forward also it was a good place for a PRIVATE date.
Even though it was small in attractions it was fun all the same. Once the little filly's the circus adopted grew up they would probably be performers or workers. Especially a certain little filly
"Firefly! Starlight!"
Speak of Celestia there she was
The little unicorn foal barely reached passed his hoofshoes, She was white in color and had fire engine red hair, and she still didn't have her cutie mark. It was pretty adorable
"Hello little filly" Princess Starlight greeted the foal
"I'm not a little filly! I'm a big filly and My name is Raggie Bannafanna foal filly!" She giggled at her own name "But I prefer Raggie or Ann"
"I know your name Ann. Your just too cute not to tease" His love giggled at the little foal
The prince couldn't help but chuckle at the too she reminded him of his little brother before he so dark
"Ann!" A pegasus dressed as a clown came galloping over to them "Your highnesses! I'm so sorry about her!" The foal's father spazzed
"Think nothing of it Red Lightning, Raggie's casual attitude is refreshing" Princess Starlight said holding back a giggle
"She means no harm" Prince Firefly added
"By the way your highnesses are you planning on staying for the dance?" Red lightning asked curiously
"Of course" Princess Starlight said
"Wouldn't miss it sir"
"Firefly will you dance with me?" Raggie Ann asked innocently
Red Lightning looked ready to pass out now
"Of course you sweet little mare" He smiled
"Yahhhh!" She galloped to the tent most likely to tell her friends
"Sire. I'm so sorry she's still a foal she's still learning"
"Don't worry sir. A little crush never hurt never hurt anypony and neither will one little dance" He smiled
"I'm a little jealous my sweet Firefly is dancing with a cute little filly and I don't have a little Colt for a dance partner"
"You'll have one someday my beautiful star"
Later…
"Firefly! Firefly!" Prince Firefly looked down at the little foal and smiled
"I made you and Starlight these" She levitated two flower crowns and placing them on his head with some difficulty but managed to do it
"I did it!"
"Good job Raggie and Thank you there beautiful"
"I like you" Raggie looked up at him and blushed
He smiled "I like you too little Ann"
Her tail began to wag with a little excitement "Does that mean we can go out?"
Firefly laughed at her innocent question "I'm sorry little Ann but I'm much older then you so-"
"Daddy said age is but a number"
"I'm also a pegasus unicorn and a prince-"
"Daddy said love can concur any ob-ob-obstacle" She held herself up proudly for saying it right
Prince Firefly just laughed at her comebacks, she really did hold onto her father's every word
"I'm sorry little Raggie I'm not looking for a relationship right now" (And I'm kinda on a date)
"Awww" Her ears drooped in disappointment "Daddy also says that both pony's have to like each other"
"I like you just not in that way"
"Does that mean I was rejected?"
"Yes but someday you will find a stallion that will be even better then me and he will be completely faithful to you" He smiled seriously
"you think so?" She asked in a small voice
"I know so!"
"…"
"Will you still dance with me?"
"Of course"
He smiled at her and she smiled up at him
