Note: Yeah, I had this idea last night and typed it out pretty quickly. I had to look up Japanese girl names via internet…even though these don't really fit with Bleach. So just ignore the names. If you squint, this is ShunsuixNanao (not my best, though).
Emiko.
Had dark hair, thick and full, curling and swirling in jetty streams around her creamy face. Joined the eight division in the middle of spring, and transferred before summer began.
Akina.
Blonde, with bright eyes exploding with blue and green. Had a small face and delicate smile. Stayed in the eighth division for a month before she requested a transfer.
Haya.
Possessed fluttery wisps of auburn hair and a wonderfully buxom body. Issued a complaint of feeling sexually harassed several months after she joined the eight division and transferred shortly after.
Kei.
Small and nervous, who whimpered at the slightest compliment from her captain. Was pitied and therefore left alone by her superior, but transferred nonetheless after only a couple days.
Leiko.
Sexy and known for being promiscuous. Enjoyed being hit on, and flirted openly with her squad's captain, despite the fact that she was brand new and low of rank in the eighth division. Enjoyed having flings with whoever took her fancy. Stayed a week before a transfer was requested, not by her, surprisingly, but by the squad's vice-captain, who supposedly reported severe disruption to her duties.
There were more. Satoko, Mamiko, Rie, Mine, Rai, Shika, Renko, Shouko, Toyo, Umeko. Each of these attractive girls had joined the eighth division at some point in their careers as shinigami, only to report at some point that they felt sexually harassed by their captain, and therefore transferred to other squads quickly and painlessly. The Seireitei offices had come to expect situations like this, and had an officer with the job of sorting exclusively through eighth squad complaints and issuing transfers to the aforementioned girls.
Yutsuko.
Brunette, with reddish highlights and a ridiculously selfish view on life. Requested (and received) a transfer after spending only a day in the eighth squad.
Nanao.
Austere and uptight. Possesses an elegant face and stern eyes that are, nonetheless, deep and lovely. Stubborn, and refuses to take the easy way out like the other girls by transferring. Opts instead to scold and hit her captain, training him like an unruly dog. Prouder than the other girls. Will stand by her captain in the eighth squad forever.
